Came in to get my friends tint done on their car as an early birthday present and customer service by the general manager, Yvonne, was absolutely phenomenal! We were about 15 minutes late to our appointment due to traffic and she completely understood after I called ahead saying we would be late. Immediately confirmed our appointment and what was requested and they immediately got to work. While waiting they had WiFi and snacks and drinks or even said if we wanted to leave they could contact us when the vehicle was ready. I have another appointment next week for the car and had some questions and she explained things and when I initially was going to upgrade my appointment services and heard the price she immediately noticed and gave me an alternate option that still met what I was looking for over half the price and updated my appointment request. The expert technicians, Octavio and Johan, who applied the tint did an amazing job on the tint. I initially had them add on 5% tint to the top of the windshield but when we went to look at the work when they were finished my friend wasn’t a fan and they were polite and understood when I asked to have it removed. This only took maybe 3-5 minutes and they even took the charge for the initial installation off. I am more than extremely satisfied with my all around experience and would highly recommend it to anyone in El Paso as a place to get your tiny and more done.

Went in to get my two front and two rear windows tinted Mr. Alex, the tinter himself, the front desk staff did a superb job, superb job on my vehicle, prices we’re excellent, time waited was excellent, professionalism was excellent. I have genuinely nothing bad to say. Will be returning to also do my windshield. Highly recommend Tint World. Thank you guys for everything.
