Charles founded Tint World^® Franchise in September 2006 in Boca Raton, Florida, transforming a group of six independent automotive accessory and window tinting centers into an internationally recognized franchise brand. He leads all strategic, operational, and developmental aspects of the company, including franchise growth, budget management, and international expansion. Charles previously served as CEO and Franchise Developer of Meineke Car Care Centers (1983–2014) and concurrently serves as CEO of Auto Parts Network®, a technology-driven automotive supply chain solution company.

Jeanette was appointed Chief Compliance Officer in January 2007 in Boca Raton, Florida. She oversees back-office operations, human resources, accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Jeanette previously served as CFO and Franchise Developer for Meineke Car Care Centers (1983–2014).

Jonathan was appointed President and Chief Investment Officer in January 2023. He manages the organization's investment portfolios, asset allocation, and compliance with franchise regulations, while also driving franchisee relationships, sales growth, and profitability. He previously served as COO and Partner at Harvest LLC (Nékter Juice Bar) and Planet Fitness (2017–2021).

J.R. was appointed COO in March 2024, responsible for franchise network growth, operational efficiency, profitability, and franchisee success. He previously held executive positions with mobile electronics brands such as DS18, Race Sport Lighting, Wet Sounds, and Custom Sounds (2016–2023).

Paul was appointed Chief Development Officer in September 2023, leading real estate acquisition, franchise build-outs, vendor relations, training, and store merchandising. He previously served as Chief Strategy Officer beginning in November 2009. He formerly served on the Board of Directors of the Consumer Technology Association’s Vehicle Technology Division.

Jon was appointed VP of Operations in September 2023, optimizes franchise network efficiency and profitability. He previously served as Regional Director at Driven Brands (Take 5 Oil Change, Maaco). (2019–2023)

John was appointed Senior Director of Franchise Operations in September 2023, overseeing franchise growth, training, operations integration, internal communications, and franchisee engagement. He previously held operational leadership roles since 2014.

Anthony joined Tint World^® in May 2008 as Manager of Start To Finish Consulting, where he specialized in franchise prospect consultations, business support, and growth strategies. Prior to this role, Anthony served as Franchise Development Manager at United Franchise Group (2003–2008).

Sean was appointed Director of Digital Technologies in September 2019, leading IT infrastructure, website development, and digital marketing technologies. His prior experience includes software and IT development roles.

Kelly was appointed VP of Franchise Operations in November 2020, overseeing franchise onboarding and administration. She previously managed projects for major franchise brands and held roles in emergency management and law enforcement (2015–2019).

Donna was appointed Controller since September 2016, managing financial systems, budgeting, and accounting functions. She previously held accounting management roles in e-commerce and property management.

Madeleine was appointed Board of Advisor & CMO in January 2025. She develops strategic marketing initiatives, manages the National Advertising Fund, and oversees franchise brand growth. She previously served senior branding roles for multiple franchise companies and is a multi-brand franchisee.

Madison was appointed Director of Marketing in April 2024, driving strategic marketing, managing franchise advisory committees, and ensuring brand consistency. Previously, she served as Sr. Analytics & Special Projects Manager since 2021.

Joe was appointed Business Coach in January 2022, supports franchise operations, sales, and training. He has extensive experience in automotive retail.

Michael was appointed in May 2020 to manage franchise recruitment and growth. He previously held similar roles at TBC Corporation and United Franchise Group (2016–2019).

Sofia was appointed Communications Manager in May 2022, managing new store launches, franchise marketing coordination, and merchandising. She previously served as a sales manager and has extensive experience in sales and promotional events. (2020–2021)

Amanda was appointed Social Media Ambassador in January 2023, supporting franchisees with social media marketing and events. She previously worked as a marketing influencer.

Christian Dilan Hernandez was appointed our Videographer in May of 2023. managing production of digital media assets, videography generating videos, reels, event photography and storyboarding for our productions.

Maria was appointed Creative Designer in June 2019, managing corporate branding, creative marketing materials, packaging, and graphics. She is a Cum Laude graduate of Florida Atlantic University.

Luke was appointed Business Coach in August 2022, providing sales training and operational support. He previously owned a successful automotive retail store.

Carl was appointed Business Coach & Technical Trainer in February 2019, offering advanced training in detailing, coatings, wraps, and window tinting. He was previously a lead ASE technician.

Dane was appointed Website Developer in October 2021, manages website design, digital marketing systems, and technical support. He has over 20 years of experience in digital technology.

Mayra was appointed Accounting Manager in February 2024, overseeing accounting systems and financial reporting. She has previous experience in accounting management and e-commerce (2016 2023).

Iveth was appointed Accounting Bookkeeper in September 2024, supporting accounting functions, month-end closing processes, and special projects. She previously worked as an accounting bookkeeper.

Jonathon was appointed Business Coach in June 2024, providing franchise sales and operational coaching. He previously led an award-winning automotive business.

Mel was appointed Business Coach in June 2024, bringing expertise in automotive product sales and technical support.

Benny was appointed Business Coach in January 2025, supporting franchise growth and operations. Previously, he was a successful automotive retail store.

Eliot joined as Videographer in April 2017, managing digital media production, videography, and photography.

Brian joined as Videographer in May 2021, managing multimedia content and videography production projects.

Teddy Bear was appointed Chief Doggie Officer in June 2016, supports team morale through companionship, affection, and emotional support.
