Luke Fidler brings a lifetime of automotive experience to his job as operations manager for Tint World®, the fast-growing auto styling and accessories franchise.
Growing up, he helped his parents build custom muscle cars and got involved with dirt track sprint racing. Later, he founded a successful automotive audio and electronics business.
Now he spends his time helping Tint World franchisees successfully open, operate and grow their businesses.
“I’ve done a little bit of everything, and that’s prepared me for all the different roles I take on in this job,” Fidler said. “With my history as a business owner, I have insight into what our franchisees are going through. I understand the highs and lows they experience. I can give them realistic advice because I’ve been there. I’m coming from the same place.”
Fidler is based in West Florida, near Tampa. But he typically spends several weeks a month on the road, visiting Tint World locations around the country. He may be helping a new franchise prepare for its grand opening, addressing a specific area or providing ongoing training.
“Every day is different,” he said. “We help franchisees solve technical issues and deal with management, accounting, HR, sales and many other areas. Some days I’m a coach and other days I’m a psychologist. We just have to be flexible and stay committed as a team.”
In addition to sharing his experience and expertise, Fidler and the entire Tint World support team are always learning from the franchisees they work with on a daily basis. When a franchisee has developed new strategies or identified untapped revenue opportunities, Fidler is always eager to share those ideas.
Whatever the situation, Fidler and the rest of the Tint World team work together to put franchisees first.
“We’re here to empower them and help them grow their business,” he said. “We make sure they get the answers they’re looking for and have the tools they need to succeed.”
